What Would Bring You Into a Gym?

Lots of squat racks.

A supplement store that only sold Biotest stuff.

Totally nude aerobics classes. (No fat housewives allowed).

Beautiful naked women everywhere or as close to naked as possible under the law!!

Seriously, I work out at the local YMCA; there are four and the I go to is old school…old weights, benches with tape covering used up edges, plenty of room and stations and chalk everywhere.

But I also very much enjoy the fact that this particular Y has a steam room…ah, it’s wonderful to sit there and relax after a heavy workout. Fifteen minutes of steam, a cold shower rinse down and then 10 minutes in the hot jacuzzi and then another cold rinse and off to the real showers…damn, I’m leaving now and going there…

The thing that would bring me in, is a female with a nice tight butt wearing spandex. What would keep me there is multiple power racks.

  1. Equipment
  2. Equipment
  3. Hardcore environment

I need a good variety of equipment, in good repair. Heavy dumbbells are a must, as is a Torture Rack. I don’t really care about the “meat market” effect, because I’m there to do my thing and go home. I don’t care how many bimbos are running around in stage makeup, bending over every chance they get(but I will look. I just won’t stop what I’m doing). It doesn’t have to be spotless, but it had better not be a shithole, either.

Commercial gyms aren’t the worst thing in the world. I belong to a Worlds that I really enjoy. There are enough people who know what they’re doing to motivate and help me, they’re enough dorks to get a chuckle out of and some pretty girls. If I were to look for another gym, I’d want…1.Enough plates and bars,2.Some people serious about working out,3.Convenience.

At Fitness First gym’s in the UK members are given quick color psychology questionnaires, so they can be approached properly by staff and be treated like “reds” or “blues” should be, dont wanna be going all “green” on them or they’ll be intimidated and leave

That’s a sweet idea.

How bout a damn glute/ham raise…I know I’m being specific, but I can’t find a gym in my entire metro area with one. Drives me nuts. [/quote]

  1. Oly platform

  2. Bumper plates

  3. Glute/Ham Raise

Those 3, a squat rack, barbell’s (with tons of weight) and a squat rack/cage and I can prosper.

Hours: With a little one and working 12hr shift-work alot of times I have to hit the gym at 0100hrs or 0530hrs , depending on when baby and mommy are up.

Equipment: 100lb+ DB’s are a must , Squat rack and a cage.

Cheap: Yeah I am pretty cheap.
