What Won't Ruin My Wind

uh oh. I almost forgot.

Before doing anything else warm up properly. Just like in the gym.

  1. Slow gentle walk
  2. Fast walk
  3. Non-jarring jog
  4. Sprint
  5. Stretch (don’t forget NEVER STRETCH A COLD MUSCLE).

Now do your running as planned.

I forgot part 5 in my warmup before the triathalon while warming up. I was concentrating on getting my heartrate up with my jumprope before hitting that cold 50 degree water. Didn’t want to go from 50/min to 160/min instantly in that stuff.

After the bike ride, I couldn’t even walk, let alone run for the first mile - it was the funniest looking hopping, hobbling run anyone’s ever seen with my glutes/hams spasmed to almost complete immobility.

DON’T FORGET THE WARMUP AND PRE-RUN STRETCH.

OK, that’s really all I know now.

Good luck.

Alot of help here gentlemen. Thankyou very much.

Some questions?

Jw, and tone you’re both larger then I but around where I’d like to be. Granted it’s a bizzare question but have either of you/do either of you run hgh. I’m pretty sure I know the answers but I’m just wondering. BTW if you do or even if you don’t wouldn’t it you assume it would or does help with your knees? Also have either of you considered aflutops. Yes yes I know I’m very young and shouldn’t have to use aflutops for another 5-10 years at the least I’m just saying it will be there when I need it. And I need to get my ass a job.

Also for vagrant, GREAT ADVICE. I might be talking to you soon via pm if you don’t mind. In the mean time I didn’t check you profile so forgice the laziness but may I ask what you weight?

Wide,

I have never run HGH. I am very intrested in IGF1 though. The price is just to high for the HGH.

I am a test man…

Running Test P with Tren A right now and I love them both. Femera from CHEMONE at 1.25mg ED. I will run this for 8 weeks. My strength has shot thru the roof in just 7 days with vascularity very present. Life is very good.

Aflutops? Never took those either.

Just years of lifting heavy with dumbells mostly and eating right, with an occasional beer or 2 or 3…LOL

It just takes time Wideguy…I have been at this going on 18 years and have been blessed with just a pec tear and a shoulder injury about 4 months ago.

The reason I say that is that when I got out of the service I was around 220lbs. I am now pushing 270 on and when I started my current cycle I was at 264.

By the way How old are you??? From your posts I thought you were around Mine and Tonedefs age…

If you need anything…Always here…

JW

Never tried HGH or Aflutops.

dose makes the poison…under 600mg/week at the most. Wind is killed by water weight gain and High bp…track your bp and watch it rise and your wind goes. I like OT at 10-40mg/day…It keeps me hard and doesn’t make me gas much. Be careful of tren.
I like 200-300mg total drug/week actually. I’m only 200lbs though.

you should also do interval bike, run whatever 20min 3-4x/week to keep your wind (or another event that is more applicable to your sport if you have one) I’m into fighting and I’ve seen and felt wind go with roids, even just var. I run OT with some proviron at times and the total OT dose is 200-350mg/week. I ride the lowest useful dose of roids. I note how I feel during lifting workouts and as long as I don’t get weaker I don’t need more juice.

My endurance is what you might call shitty. I’m going to need to get it up to par (I’d like to be able to run 3 miles and not be hurting that bad).

I’m pretty aware of what I need to do to get there and I know AAS aren’t a tool for that particular goal. My question is what AAS would most likely not impede my progress while doing that. It’s only going to be for like 2-3 months or so and I’m pretty sure I’m going to be on aas during that time.

What I had figured was maybe a cruising dose of test like 250 mg ent a week and maybe a few endurance supplements like powerFull, gycerol, and cm. I’m guessing eq might be good too but I think my calves will pump up to much.Basically what I’m thinking is as little juice as possible at that time then once the phase is over I can juice it up and with the lack of cardio + more food/rest/and chemistry it might be time for more growth. Any thoughts?[/quote]

I like to vary cardio as much as possible to avoid burnout and joint issues. I’d love to swim but don’t have access right now so I do, bike, heavy bag, even gay eliptical, run, Juan Carlos Santana’s SAID circuit for grappling or MMA, versa climber. I think you could do sled drags or a davies style workout as well for one of the sessions.

Watch out when getting back into running or any impact cardio. easy does it…
I always get back into cardio with the bike. it’s low impact and I do 25min weak ass ride on day one.
day 2 is 35 min. day 3 is 45. day 4 is an hour. That’s 4x in week one

Week 2 is 2 minutes easy 2 minutes hard for 20 minutes. If you do the hard right you never adapt to that and it can take you far. I’d do that 3-4x/week for a few weeks and then keep doing it but swithc a session for running. heavy bag, whatever you like that has more impact.

Forgive my laziness. I haven’t filled out my profile or posted my pics yet.

I’m now 185 at 10%. I started at 300 at 60+%.

yeah, I’m pretty small and weak compared to most. But I’ve learned quite a bit over the last few years about what works for me and what doesn’t. I’m always willing to share if it will help someone.

REally nice responces here guys. Thank you very much. BTW, I’m guessing you lost ALOOOOTT of fat Vagrant. GOOD FUCKING JOB !

BTW, I’m pretty sure tone and push are a little older then me, in fact based on your “I’ve been lifting for 18-20 years” type comments I’m real sure. I’m 26, yes a young buck.

Wideguy,

Here is a quick except from a winny writeup:

This combined with the red blood cell count-stimulating properties of its androgen affinity make it popular among track athletes as well in order to beget better results.

i have never used it personally but the only set back i can foresee is joint aches (if you are succeptable to this). also, it is one less pin!!

Winny really seems to shoot my joints to shit. Then again maybe I’m dosing it too hight. I know that the dose a bodybuilder would take vs a track athelte are 2 entirely different things, correct? So maybe just a nice low dose of test and a very low dose of winny would do it.

Gawd I feel old!

If young chicks still check you out then you’re not old. And even if when you do get old, assuming you keep taking care of your body, they’ll still admire it. Hence you’ll never get old unless you stop trying…at least that’s what I tell myself.

You are correct.

On top of that with age generally comes both wisdom ie. more pipe laid=better pipe laying skills + more $= more hoes. Or as I like to think of it M.C.C.A, Mass Cash Class Ass the four main aspects of every good meatheads life.

Bushy,

Where are you located and what gym do you train at? Gi or no gi? Just curious. I have been training at Jeremy Horns gym Elite here in Salt Lake for a few months and you will see much improvement in your forearms and BF% pretty qiuck.
