While it’s true that tren and nandrolone are very anabolic, more so than most other compounds when paired with proper diet and training, there are other factors to consider besides pure tissue growth. It mostly boils down to risk vs reward.
You are 40 years old, been doing this for 17 years and there has to be some consequences on your health from all previous cycles, whether you’re aware of them or not. If you are not in this professionally and making money off your physique or strength, I’d choose more milder compounds, despite them being less effective than the two aforementioned. Although perhaps 200mg/wk of deca is probably safer than any oral or 1+ gram of eq or primo. There are also other DHT derivatives to consider.
Either go higher test or look into adding primobolan. Perhaps equipoise agrees with you but that has it’s own risks.
I bet @RT_Nomad would have some good advice if you gave him the info he was looking for.
Well uping the test dosage is alright with me because I ran up to 1500mg per week with no sides but 400mgs of tren or deca and the sweats start. I never tried low test high tren but I can only guess the mentioned sides would be greater
I cruise on 250 test and blast on 500-750 so I would say my dosages are modest
Orals are now mostly out of the game because of their temporary gains. I only use them as a finisher.
Never tried EQ or primo before. Primo is higly faked here and I have always considered EQ an exotic compound and all I wanted is to keep it simple.
Hey I guess I answered my own thread question hahaha.
For what it’s worth, IMO, 500-750mg/wk testosterone is a heavy dose. I never took more than 200mg/wk testosterone. [When taking testosterone I always included an injectable AAS (usually 200mg/wk Deca) and an oral AAS at 20mg/day dosage.] All my AAS were pharmaceutical grade.
All AAS are temporary gains for that matter. For 7 years I only took orals (Dianabol 15 to 20mg/day for up to 8 weeks.) Every cycle I started I was stronger at the start of that cycle than I was at the start of the previous cycle. And sure I lost some strength between cycles, but there was always yearly progression.
I never cruised, but I believe that will help you better maintain your muscle mass between blasts, than cycling on and off (which is only way I took AAS.)
