normally triceps are not a really good site.
for me,I love them I have plenty of muscle there to hit.
I rotate my long ester shots between my delts and my tris
keep it simple you know.
but in some tris are painful.

what I will do is draw and inject with the same one, but you really should discard it after opening
never let a pin sit out in the air and use it for anything again.

29g, 0.5 inch to inject delts and thighs.
25g, 1.0 inch to inject glutes.
22 or 23g to draw. But you can draw with 29g, it just takes patience.
As for drawing and injecting with the same pin: I have a huge supply of 0.5cc insulin syringes that I inherited from my diabetic father, and the pins are nonremovable, so I often do that. It’s not ideal but it works. Backfilling would be an alternative and I’ll try that at some point.
