What to Take Before Competition?

@ brook, thanx man,. that was really help ful,. i jus stopped tren and masteron, . and after dat, nw i ll do carb and water manipulation for a week then , lasix and potasium cloride for two days , i think two days wud b fine, then lets see, i ahe water left on my back thoug, my legs r ripped and stomach is rpped, .
and possing is helping me .
only the time will tell, hows good i am . well, any thing i do will help me next year, . rite, ?

Absolutely, there are very very few BB’s that walk into their first show and steal the overall.

I intend to take the same philosophy with me on stage too - the whole sport is a learning curve - diet, training, dieting, posing (which i practice even without a show in sight still - to try to make sure i get the best angles without needing a mirror) the whole thing - improvements are made everytime… everytime you train, eat, restrict, pose, compete.

You pick up where you left off, with whatever lessons that have been learnt and you try again.
It is a good way to think about the process.

Good luck and make sure to make a post-show thread with pics etc… I realise it isnt 4 weeks you have, but one - so with that - Good Luck!

i got a bronze medal in state championship,

i wud like to hear frm ya guys, .
i competed in 80 kgs category, .
i managed to get dat hard lean look, . but, i did one mistake, i took lasix a night before which pulled out the water from my muscle, and my muscle shrinked, . i lost some symmetry, .
but it was a good experience, . and before commenting anything, jus keep one thing in ur mind, dat this was m y first competetion, . thank u , all, for ur supprrt, and keep in touch , take care

decent pics…you need to add some mass and get a little leaner but overall not bad. With a proper prep leading up to the show I am sure you will place better.

The hamstrings/glutes/calves looked like they needed work and you need more mass on the shoulders and chest to really make the x-shape pop out.

congrats on your first show though (and your first medal)…you’ve already accomplished more than most on this site.

I haven’t read the whole thread but i’ll be straight;

You sound like you’re relying on drugs to get you diced in competition shape. Totally off…

First comes diet, exercise and the finishing touches like muscle hardness & retention come from drugs.

If you’re not ready no drug will get you ready.

Well done indeed, you definitely looked good compared to the other competitors. I think if you work on building up some solid mass you’ll be winning those if that contest is on par for over there.

I agree - well done with getting a place in your first show - that is an achievement in itself. It seems most of your ‘fat’ was water after all huh?!

Your legs - hams, glutes were still fatty, but they are the last to go on a diet, and only come out at the 3-4% mark AFAIK, i also liked your definition of the ITB, it is a great quality of the upper leg.

I liked the front lat spread, but i personally think you need to work on your side chest and side triceps poses.

Good job uresunny, respect. Stick around and i am sure you will dial everything in on time next time.

thanx for ur concerns as well. but bro i didnt do my bb only on steroid, . i used steroids, as a help,.
i , this was my first time, i used any injectable,. and trust me , i ahve only used the minnimum of the doses, . i am only 25, and i want to bb in the long run, and by long run i mean ten to fifteen years, . but next tiem i ll surely increase, the quantity of steroids, . coz as u can see i need to gain huge ammount of mass at the rite place, . so ,
