What to Expect?

whats the average lift gains from a first cycle of just 500mg of test and 200mg of EQ for 15 weeks. I know this depends on the diet and the training but Im just asking for rough average numbers.

i weigh 198, have been training for over 10 years
bench- 335
squat- 455
deadlift- 495

these lifts are raw

how much roughly do you think ill gain in my weight and my lifts?

24.7959549423% added strength in your lifts, a drop of 5.43532656754% of BF and an increase in lean of 14.65467547457546% to be exact.

Nik nailed it

Thanks, I was a bit afraid that my calculations could be off.

That’s crazy because I was about to post the exact same numbers so it must be right

just wondering would those numbers be the same if the dosage was double? Im not going to do that but just wondering what would the numbers and percentages be at 1000mg/weekly?

What are you expecting from the eq? 200mg won’t do much for you. Do you have an AI, hcg, and a pct lined up?

not the question and its for joint problems and yes i do … this was just about numbers and wondering

did you check out the links i posted?

if you did, you’ll see that strength gains are surprisingly similar from 300 to 600 mg of test… however, the size gains were much more significant with the higher dose. i 've read that this has to do with a dose-dependent increase in gene expression on the AR…

My 16 week cycle of 200 mg twice a week was just that; added a few pounds of body weight but got very strong and had a hard look. Thanks for the science cycobushmaster to back up my findings.

OP, you have some good numbers already and far from a beginner. Obviously you know something about training, your body and nutrition. Good luck and keep us posted as you go.

yup, same thing for me… gained about 10lbs (was eating really clean), but had a noticeable increase in every lift, as well as endurance.

no prob.

i’d echo what double lung said, and point out that you’re lifts and experience is pretty impressive, so i think you’ll see good gains. you clearly know how to train and/or have good genetics…

I wish I had good genetics, just great teachers and some coaching. My bench was at 365 but then i got into some shoulder problems doing olympic lifts. I still enjoy clean and jerks but Im never doing snatches again. I’ve worked hard. Thanks alot on the compliments guys, much appreciated.

Genetics don’t make a difference at all. Just inject some pitbull and dragon serum like I do.

well i got up 425 on bench today was extremely happy
