Very important symptom of adrenal fatigue is if you cannot tolerate good enough dose of thyroid medications containing T3, like NDT. You need to asses also your hypo symptoms - feeling cold, low energy, weakness, difficulty loosing weight
To be honest this sounds a little strange to me. Maybe you need higher dose of T3 in your blood and maybe T4 only treatment has messed things up. This kind of treatment works well on very very few people.
To clarify, I am not on any thyroid medication at the moment. Before I started TRT it was ~4.5 and has hovered there since at least November 2018, which was when I got my first CMP.
Not sure if someone has said this already in the thread but you should know that right now there are none good NDT products and STTM is recommending people to use T3 and T4 until there is a good and consistent NDT product out there.
They have all recently changed their product in the last 2 years and people who had amazing experiences before with NDT have got their hypothyroidism symptoms back (and their bloodworks shows that it is not working anymore).
If you look around at Stop The Thyroid Madness you will see them talk about this here:
" 2019
This was a nightmare of a year. Because the LAST REMAINING, NON-CHANGED and CONSISTENTLY EXCELLENT NDT….changed according to patient reports. It was NP Thyroid by Acella. Starting in the summer of 2019, the frequency of patients reporting a return of hypothyroid symptoms was growing"
Fuck, the Senthroyd obtained Armour.
Ok Armour is compromised, but what about the other NDT products and the Thyroid-S from Thailand?
Also isn’t there a compounded version of NDT?
Is Thyroid-S able to be obtained w/o a prescription? Will all my life savings be vaporized by purchasing from the sketchy site my googles has led me to?
I think the full replacement dose is approximately 1.6mcg per kg of body weight. Most people need much less than that and your body will continue to make up the difference.
