What to do for Hair Loss?

I’m losing hair when I run my fingers through it. I knew I would lose hair if I ran a cycle. I’ve long ago came to the conclusion that I know someday I’ll eventually likely be bald, I’m pretty much over it. But is there anything I can really do to help save if i can? Other than taking Finasteride. I’m using 1% Nizoral shampoo. Would it help if I went to the doctors and got some 2% Nizoral or is that a waste, anybody have any tips other than not using steroids or Finasteride

Not much you can do outside of those two things. It’s sort of either going to happen or it’s not. It’s 99% genetic and AAS use just accelerates the process.

Yeah I figured that was as much as I can do, I’ve concluded I’m going to lose my hair at some point in my life anyways.

Its just hair, it ain’t nothing but a thing man. I am doing what I can to help save it with the Nizoral shampoo but if it goes it goes. I heard the Nizoral Shampoo would help a lot but it doesn’t seem like it’s doing the trick maybe it’d be worse without it lol maybe the 2% would be better.

Hair loss seems to be the only side effect I’m experiencing and that’s even pretty minimal truthfully I figured it’d be worse. I noticed slight testicle shrinkage but not bad really I figured that’d also be worse. No acne nothing.

So AAS usage doesn’t cause hair loss, only expedites what’s bound to happen eventually based on ones genetics?

In my opinion more so yes than no.

In most cases pretty much it speeds up male pattern baldness if you’re prone to it. So say I’d probably be bald at age 35 if I let it happen naturally. Now that I’m taking AAS it’ll probably be age 25.

But my one buddy has blasted super hard for the past 15 years with grams of all types of different gears. He’s 45 now and he has thinned some but he is by no means bald. So 15 years of consistent blasting and he still isn’t bald yet. He may have never thinned if he hadn’t touched anything idk.

Then there’s people like me who are very sensitive and if I ever so much just look at steroids my hair starts to fall out LOL. I assumed I’d be bald because of people in my family tree and plus past experiments with prohormones had my hair just about falling out in clumps.

And then again I remember there was kids that had thinning hair before we got out of high school.

It’s genetics and I just happen to have shitty hair genetics. But being bald is also okay obviously. Just sucks that I’m only 22 about to be 23 lol but I’m just going to shave that shit and get on with my life. Not gonna lose sleep over it like some people do LOL

Yes.

Just shave it and go Joe Rogan or Dana White - there is a reason those fuckers are bald.

Or Mike Tyson & Dwayne the Rock Johnson

I’m 46…my hair has been thinning for years. I got on 180mg T a week with Defy and also Cytomel as well as Ibutamoren. My hair thickened up. Everyone comments on it. I do not by any means have the hair I did in my 20’s but it’s noticeably thicker now. I also use Rogain. So, not sure which one is doing it, but I’m leaning toward the Ibutamoren. Food for thought.

Rogaine (minoxidil) is approved by the FDA for hair growth. To be approved by the FDA it has to be shown that the product is at least a little bit effective for it’s intended purpose, and generally safe.

For OP, you could consider using compounds with lower androgenic ratings. AAS have androgenic and anabolic ratings. Androgenic is the part that makes one manly and accelerates things like hair loss. Testosterone has an androgenic / anabolic rating of 100:100 (take these ratings with a grain of salt, and actually look up what users say). Something like anavar is rated at something like 30:300, so you should get less androgenic sides with it. You will still want to run some test, or you will likely feel like shit during cycle. Masteron is an example of a drug with favorable androgenic : anabolic ratio, but it is known to cause hair loss (so do your homework).

Yeah I definitely don’t have an interest to play with growth hormone. At least at this time in my life maybe later as you are older than me with all due respect, I assume you use it for the anti-aging benefits and obviously performance enhancement. I may try some Rogaine out though

I’m already taking 50mgs of anavar a day. My current cycle is 500 Test E a wk and 50mg anavar a day. It’s not bad I’m sure I’ll still have a full head of hair after this cycle, but future wise not so much especially since I plan to run harder compounds. It doesn’t look thin (yet) but I do notice hairs falling out of my scalp into my sink when I gently run my hand through it and more than normal but it’s not a pile of hair either.

Again it’s something I knew and know is going to happen so this is no surprise to me. This is something I’m going to need to just live with.

I just had wishful thinking if somebody had any tips or tricks to help hold onto it if I could but it’s not something I’ll lose sleep over, if it goes it goes hahah.

Luckily my head has a good shape to it to rock the shaved head look so I think I’ll look fine.

Ill look into Rogaine shampoo and maybe some vitamins like biotin to help the cause
