What the Hell was Grady Little Thinking?

Little’s the manager. He shouldn’t ask his pitchers if they feel like coming out. Any gamer is going to want to stay in, it’s an automatic answer unless they are physically in pain. You never see Torre ask his pitchers if they want to come out, they already know when he walks out to the mound.

Oh, and Wakefield didn’t throw him a fastball, he doesn’t have one. It was a knuckle. BTW, what the hell was Little thinking by bringing in a starter, and a knuckleballer who just pitched nonetheless? That was a bonehead move, especially since Timlin and Embree have been effective in the postseason. He should have had more faith in his bullpen.

Great point, scrub. He’s the freaking manager and the boss. He tried to kiss his best player’s ass and look what happened.

I’m telling you, when I saw Boone come up to bat and saw how pathetic his average in the series was, I said “Uh-oh, here it comes!” He had too good of a batting average in the regular season to continue the drought much longer, and sure enough - BOOM!

Dammit.

I so wanted to see the Cubbies and the Sox. I lived in NY, but ya know what? I’m sick of the Yanks!!!

traitor

Damned if you do, damned if you don’t.
