Yeah, FA has been decent. though, it appears TBT is creeping in a lot and more bashing of splits as well. Had a female client start to question why she’s not doing TBT any more. Her goal was to put on more muscle, so I moved her to splits. “The articles say TBT is better” oh boy
If you really cared that much you wouldn’t have left in the first place. I left, came back, left again, came back again, left a third time, came back again, and here i sit, in the ether of the internet, new improved, and ready to interact. The site is what you make of it, if you are talking about the forums being stoopid, well then fucking contribute somthing smart to them or go away again. The best posters are the ones who semi-troll/bust balls in GALOT, and then contribute meaningful intelligent discussions in the serious forums.
Actually since this is GALOT you could just be busting our balls, so you can still save this by coming back in and punking us all with a “just kidding you oversensetive motherfuckers, go change your T-Nation tampons” or something like that.
