What Supplements Do People Like These Days?

I actually came off all preworkout through the week before my contest this past weekend. And decided not to use it in contest because it’s too long of a day and I’d crash. I was still drinking coffee, but I had no blood pressure (dizzy) issues all contest. I don’t use much preworkout anyway, but I’m wondering if there are some vasodialators or something that’s screwing me up. I have tried going off in the past and not resolved my issues, but maybe I gave myself enough time to adjust this time. It could have also been the bloating I did the day before that made it better. I’m definitely going to leave the preworkout alone for now and see if it fixes it.

There is, especially in the ones that emphasize massive pump. Arginine and citrulline are the usual culprits.

Throw that in with a healthy natural vasodilation response to exertion and you could have some problems.

Don’t know how your sleep is, but always worth adding some Melatonin in the mix.

I take an apple cider vinegar tablet after most meals, and it definitely helps settle whatever indigestion I usually get.

I’m big on ginger and peppermint as well. Of course you don’t deal with reproductive occurrences such as menstruation, but ginger definitely helps ease the monthly woes, so maybe it’ll help for any guy related hormonal stuffs. Peppermint I use tinctures and I’ll also put a dash of it in my coffee, but i slather it all over myself and put some in my bath water too. Great for anything stomach related.

I also like elderberry supplements. I try to get them in solid tab form because I’ll eat the gummy forms like candy and end up with the shits. Good coffee replacement though.

this!

I’ve started taking 1tsp of a ginger, black pepper tumeric mix every day. Apparently it’s supossed to help with inflamation. I’ll see how that goes

Nowadays, more and more people choose supplements that can lead them to a relatively rapid increase in muscle mass. One of the most loved supplements of all time by athletes, creatine is a powerful nootropic. Using the same mechanism for increasing muscle mass and strength, creatine also improves memory and overall brain function. I also use creatine after workouts. You might find it helpful too https://paradigmpeptides.com/product-category/nootropics/. In fact, it can be used as a stimulant for both mental and physical activity. Do you agree that this is the most popular supplement?

Revisiting this topic since it was just bumped, and I’ve been taking some new stuff!

So a couple weeks ago, I started using I-Well and Flameout. I also have Surge, which is taking the place of Plazma. Brain Candy is still on my daily list as well.

I’ve only completed one workout with the Surge, but it was a positive experience so far. My energy stayed high through the workout, it sustained me well. Too early to talk about muscle building results, but that will come.

What I’d REALLY like to talk about is the other two supplements. My health has improved DRAMATICALLY, coinciding with the start of this supplementation. I’ve had blood pressure issues for years, and these supplements have gotten me extremely close to coming off my meds, in just two weeks! My blood pressure is the best it’s been in YEARS. My joints feel good, I feel good in general. I’m annoyed with myself that I didn’t go down this path years ago.

Creative or creatine?

Brain Candy the little shot sized drink ?

I also just started I-Well and Flameout and would like to be off BP meds. This is a really exciting possibility to me. I’m not yet at a place I can say my BP is low enough to consider coming off, but I haven’t been monitoring close enough to make that call either.

Definitely interesting!

Yep! That’s the one. One every single morning for the last… Idk, 5+ years? Whenever it was introduced.

I used to get the mini Spike drinks. Need to try those

Are you referring to Shooter?

Iirc… They were little cans though. Mightve been a different brand

Shooter used to come in an 8.4-oz can. Now the same formula is in a 12-oz can.

Different brand i think. Had 3 flavors.

Shooter originally came in three flavors. We added a fourth later on:

  1. Original
  2. Orange Gold
  3. 'Quila Lime
  4. Blue Raz

Yep. It was them. Loved those little dudes

Heck yeah. That’s phenomenal, man!

I’ve been using I-Well roughly since it came out. I’ve gone from the one in the house who gets sick first and worst to the one who doesn’t catch it, and if I do, it’s very minor.*

man, this flavor is fantastic! Definitely my favorite as well.

I haven’t used Spike in awhile, but it’s another supp I’d sign off on.
