What Supplement to Take?

First of all i would like to salute you all!I’m new here(but i was reading the articles posted on this site for some time).
I am training for about 1year and 3 months and i think it’s time to enhance my nutrition;what supplement would you recommend me?
My stats: 1,69cm height,73Kg weight and training 1year,3months.
I was thinking of some whey protein complex

I am from Romania and as far as i know this is the best site i can get stuff from.I would like to take Whey for 40 days…is it ok?

Yes, you can take whey every day of you life if you want. It’s not something you need to cycle.
