Nah Quaker products are pretty much restricted to oats but I actually grew up in Dallas so I remember them well. Didn’t Mikey like Life? =P
I remember the advert - “Give them to Mikey…he’ll eat anything!” or something like that. ![]()
This is going to sound super gay, but I know no other way to properly describe it. My worst fear is dying like Boromir did in The Two Towers.
Not the actual cause of his death, but the fact he died while others counted on him, his desperate call for help, and the failure to protect those who sought safety in him.
This is an extremely deep, and relevant fear of mine.

I don’t think that’s gay. I think that’s healthy as long as you’re not dwelling on it. It shows you have a strong protective character trait and a moral compass pointing in the right direction.
Nothing wrong with that!

I did a google search for my username and got this…I don’t know where else to post this so i’ll say it’s rightfully scary and put it here.
That should be your new avatar, Nards!

Lol…definitely ^^
I mean Rowdy Roddy is a king, but Sean Connery…
My mom named me after him. Really. My real name is an amalgam of the first names of Indiana Jones’ portrayer and his father’s.

Your name is Harrisean?
Pretty close! I mean you take their first names and it makes my first and last names.

Gotcha! Funny how Mother’s have a thing for Sean. =P
I used to get that Leprechaun rhyme most days in elementary school.
not sure if this is what you’re interested in
do you consider a fear the same as being scared? my fear is of not being alone but being left alone to face something that’s attacking me.
I started having mild versions of these nightmares when I was in high school and they became more intense when I was in the service and blew up when I finally got out. I would be facing something that looked kinda like a bear or sometimes I couldn’t even see what it was and my team or friends or sometimes people I don’t even know that were with me ran and left me to face it alone. I usually only had my knife and just when it attacked the lights went out and I was fighting blind. my room mates would run in because I would be screaming and fighting in my sleep and throw stuff at me to wake me up. they learned the hard way not to touch me in that state.
It took a while but now I hardly have these dreams anymore. when I do I usually just moan or yell and don’t thrash around.
Bears scare me
Fat chicks!
Lying to myself is by far my biggest fear. How do you know when your lying to yourself? Have you ever seen somebody so wrapped up in a lie they don’t realize they are lying to themselves? We all have… It’s extremely scary to see how the human mind can degrade itself.

The terrible solution to not seeing this kind of true horror that you described is a hard one…avoid talking to or listening to women.
