Gut feeling. It’s usually right.

Also, I don’t trust people that tell you they’re good at something- if they really were good, there would be no need to say so, because you would already know and they would likely have confidence enough to not have to tell you.
You do understand that you just shot on your feet, if you try to connect this post with your thread on intelligence?

this might be an indicator of humility but has nothing to do with how good someone is . start with muhammad ali. from there i’m sure anyone of us could fill the page with guys who’ll tell you how good they are. and they are.
There are differnt levels of trust.
Making blanket statements about trust is kinda silly.
But in general, I don’t trust slick salespeople, bankers, lawyers, or insurance salesmen.

QFT
Yeah that pretty much sums it up.
Also people that don’t know that penguins can’t fly. That just pisses me off.

Or woman, for that matter.
Also politicians, or anyone that works for the government.
Oh, and some doctors…“bend over, this won’t hurt a bit”

What about a chick who’s having a particularly bad period?

Thats what the comment is supposed to mean. Ripped from South Park.

I dont trust people who say something in an abbreviation, and then type out the full length version of it. The full length version is shorter. Plus, QFT is retarded and will never stick.

I don’t trust people that rip on the hottest new internet abbreviation.

It was around long before South Park.
I don’t trust anyone under 30.

I thought it was Carlin but I couldn’t find a direct quote inking him to it.

Feel you on that one Bro
I’m not a real trusting person. Like others said usually I trust my gutt feeling and I’m almost always right. Very rarely do I trusy anyone from the start.
Just browsing through but we trust different people everyday with our lives, the guy who sets the traffic lights, the man who fixes the brakes on your car, much of the time we don’t even consider that a mistake has been made. I train a lot of new electricians working with HIGH Voltages (7200+) and the standing order is “Trust but confirm.” If some one has a problem with it send them to me.

I dunno if that is true. Ali was good, but not the greatest.

Thats well and good and I can understand that but to actually say and believe in not trusting someone because of how they cross their legs or checking for dirt under their finger nails the wrong way, is borderline psychotic.
Thats as asinine as it gets.
I would agree…I am assuming you are not responding to me since I don’t base trust on how someone crosses their legs.
