Actually, I would say that unless there is a minority government, the Prime Minister has more power since he/she automatically gets control of parliment (roughly the equivalent to the president’s party having solid control over the house and senate).

You must have been on Pitts Campus. I generally find girls are hotter elsewhere, but maybe thats always the “grass is greener” case.
Pittsburgh is not really a “new roots” type of town, as a result there are a lot of generational locals. I coined the term “Pittsburgh Slut” because of the proliferation of girls with dirty blonde hair with spray tans that smoke, or the jersey shore look alike wannnabes that flock to our bar district, Carson street, and are in general somewhat trashy. things are getting better though.
FWIW, Canada is great. The trailer park boys and Unibroue only reinforce that.
