Yes, it does appear somewhat draconian on the outside, but we don’t know what is going on behind the scenes.
Maybe they overreacted to whatever situation they are dealing with which most of us don’t know about? Could be, but I still want to give the benefit of the doubt as I don’t really know what they are reacting to.
