What Does This Protocol Mean?

“First stage:
1a) Inject 250iu hCG SC EOD then do labs for TT, FT, E2 after 4-6 weeks. If things have not improved, stop and go to TRT.”

Sorry to ask such a basic question but does EOD mean at the end of the day, or every other day, or something else?
And does the whole sentence mean that I should be injecting 250iu for a 4-6 week period, possiby every other day?

Inject 250iu of HCG Every Other Day subcutaneously for 4-6 weeks and then do labs.
