What Do Smart Lifters Do to Achieve a 30+ Year Training Life?

Yeah I still have shivers from the 3x15 zercher squats with heavy weight in the 2A program. Cardio has never been so good

Yes. Hardest program I’ve done. Even harder than ā€œfastest way to get jackedā€. But in spite of lots of stress and work and non optimal nutrition I’m in the best shape of my life

Coach, would this approach also be OK for your new naturals strength plan?
I know you stated that the gains will not be as good in the article if you are in a caloric deficit but I think I got at least 20 more lbs I would like to lose and I think this would be a nice long term plan to follow for that.

Started doing BDW before this new one came out and have realized I have been doing too much volume and intensity over the years and it has changed my approach to intensity and lifting. Thank you!
