What are your favorite compounds?

What’s everyone’s favorite compounds. If you had to choose 3-5 compounds what would they be? They don’t have to be ran together just wondering what everyone likes? You can rank them if you want.

Mine are

Test (obviously)

NPP

Anavar

DECA

EQ

In that order.

From my experiences (some AAS I have not tried)

For a stand alone AAS, Dianabol is the single most effective.

Once you stack:

The foundation of all stacks is Testosterone, of which I best liked cypionate.

AAS stacked on Testosterone in order:

  1. Deca Durabolin
  2. Anavar or Winstrol (Anavar for optimal definition, Winstrol for better muscle volume)
  3. Dianabol
  4. Parabolan

Test/deca/EQ/anadrol/insulin/HGH

I made another post about Dbol. I really want to try it. How did you run it? I was thinking about low test(around 200mg) and 20mg of Dbol to reduce the sides. I’m not a high E converter but I am prone to acne. Only time I get acne is with high test.

The first 6 years I used AAS, I ran Dianabol alone. I started cycling at 8 weeks on and 8 weeks off, taking 10mg/day. the last year I was taking 20mg/day. In 1977 I did my first stack of 100mg/wk of Deca and 20mg/day of Anavar. In 1978 I starting using Testosterone.

Theoretically:

Test
Hgh
Matsteron
Anavar
Eq

Ive been running all these for months without issue and are my favorite

TEST

HGH

HCG

RETA

DECA(newest addition low dosage for joint support)

But everything is working in harmony at low dosage without issues getting labs every 3 months!

For sure my favorites are

1.Tren A (the long esters always fuck with me the most)

2.Anavar

3. T3

4.GH at doses in the double digits

5.Mast

Please develop your arguments. Did you ever experience any negative (estrogenic) effects on your 8 weeks off Dianabol? And did you only experience benefical effects on your 8 weeks on? How much in average did you gain on a yearly basis?

I never experienced any negative effects of being “off” Dianabol apart from getting weaker.

I only have positive things to say about being “on” Dianabol.

My guess is that I gained about 20lbs of muscle those 6 years. My weight at about 15% body fat rose from 200lbs to 220lbs. Just guessing, but my 1 rep max bench press rose from about 275lbs to a pause, three white lights 380lbs bench press in a Powerlifting Meet. My squat improved from “I never did a squat” to a 490lbs squat in a Powerlifting Meet. My deadlift increased from “I never did a deadlift” to a 650lbs deadlift in a Powerlifting Meet.

Note: My newbie gains that I got without AAS, got me from starting at 165lbs to get to about 200lbs at about 15% body fat in 3 years. My percent body fat stay at about 15% body fat during the entire time.

How do you run your Tren? I have ran it in the past. Great results but night sweats sucked. I Might have ran it too high. Been really thinking about running a small dose for like 6 weeks. Like 80mg a week.

running a gram right now lol, I’ve dosed anywhere from 70 a week to 1400 never had sweats or overheating at all. I just get terrible insomnia no matter what the dose but nothing becoming a polypharmacy cant fix haha. Pin ace daily in the morning always and use t3 at whatever dose is appropriate for your goals it seems to get rid of a lot of sides for me and others i have talked to.

Are you eating lower carbs?

nope i eat 500-800g daily carbs and roughly 150-250 protein

T3 is something I don’t know much about. I’m curious about it though. I’ll have to look into it

  1. Testosterone (this should go without saying).
  2. Growth Hormone (especially as a 40+ guy; even 2iu - 3iu can make a big difference).
  3. Nandrolone (low dosed on top of a testosterone base, provided E2 is kept in check, can be hugely beneficial).
  4. Proviron (this seems to make testosterone a bit more “effective” and also helps to mitigate some of the common 19-nor sides).
  5. Tadalafil (not necessarily a typical PED but the overall health benefits are not appreciated enough, IMO).

It is so great to use and zero sides, just amazing digestion, recomping effects, and helps nutrient partitioning even more. it is only catabolic when used heavily in a steep deficit, it should stop being fear mongered in my opinion.

I might be the only guy on this forum that hates test and always runs it extremely low :joy: Tren fiend for life

npp is amazing
