ha,haaaa,..Yeah they're pretty nice. I just got too lethargic on the weekends though Brant. Keep on truckin though, it did work exceptionally well for me when cutting.
Just got done mackin down a medium sized bowl of chopped fresh spinach, can of albacore, 20 or so almonds and some very low carb creamy caesar dressing.
Nice.

You’re a Costco guy. Me as well. Have you tried the frozen Atlantic Salmon? Good shit.[/quote]
I don’t know that I’ve tried Costco’s brand, but I do buy pre-cut, frozen salmon patties. With a little bit of soy sauce, I pan fry them and eat them on whole wheat hamburger buns with tarter sauce and that nasty, virtually plastic american “cheese”. Delicious.
Anyways, I just finished eating some of the pre-seasoned fajita beef from H-E-B. Instead of making it in to fajita’s, I cook the whole thing in the oven until it is medium rare and eat chunks of it like a steak with random sides. Tonight it was broccoli and whole wheat stuffing.
Nice. I like the costco brand frozen salmon fillets b/c just 20 minutes or so with a soy sauce marinade and 15 min in the oven, it tastes better than anything I’ve had in any restaurant.
That fajita idea sounds good too, though. I visited a friend in San Antonio a few years back. We made more than a few trips to the HEB. What I remember about it is the fresh baked breads and tortillas at that chain, were much better than at any grocery chain I’ve seen in Cali.
