You don’t understand. I have to eat every two hours. I have a really weird health problem. If I’m lucky, I sleep more than 8 hours.

One ounce of chicken breast, four tangerines, one Brazil nut, 20 peanuts, and one glass of almond milk.

Pasta w/ sauce w/ 1 can of tuna, 2 egg rolls, Naked juice.

I just enjoyed some steak and eggs for breakfast.

2 apple with gouda cheese chicken sausages on whole wheat hot dog buns with a bowl of wheatina on the side and four fish oil pills.

      Two medium sized lean pork steaks, 100g broccoli, 1 cup pinto beans two corn tortillas, 4 fish oil caps.

            Pre workout meal.

How fitting I find this thread as I’m about to warm up meal #4 for today:

4oz. baked boneless chicken thigh, green beans, peas, almonds, and 2 Flameout. Well, I’m not heating up the last 2 things but you get the idea.

Mid-afternoon snack: string cheese and pistachios

1.5 servings almond butter mixed with 1.5 servings gemma protein.

This stuff is THICK.

mixed fruit (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
3 omega egg omelette stuffed with potato, black beans, and cheese
whey hydrolysate

1/2 cup of oatmeal with a scoop of rocky road whey protein in it, 4 whole eggs. the oatmeal never gets old, 7 days a week.

bowl of chili (4 1/2 cups) (home made with 5lbs of beef), milk, some left over roast beef from whole foods, almonds, fish oil and a grapefruit.

Finished a great deadlift workout about 45mins ago…time to eat!

1 oz. chicken breast, tomato sauce w/olive oil and garlic, 10oz. spinach

8 oz. London Broil
1/2 Bag of Spinach with 1 teaspoon of Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar

5 grams of Fish Oil
4 grams of CLA

I’m about to head off to McDonald’s for a few double cheeseburgers.

Hell yeah.

Cinnamon rolls and scrambled eggs. Love those AD weekends.

Whole wheat pancakes made with Metabolic Drive, buttermilk, sweet potato and coconut.

Vodka, cashews, large Ramen w/2eggs & popcorn…I’m a sinner, need to hit the cardio today!(joke)/;^D

What type of beef would London Broil be classified as. Is it considered a “clean” type of beef that you can add to a fat loss or muscle building diet?

BTW, just finished a 4 whole egg omlet with 4 oz of turkey and a handful of fat free cheese :slight_smile: yum.
