Prowler Pushes 4x100 yards. 3 mins between each set.

AM 20 minutes of interval sprints (Another fun one lol)

A1) High Pull 6x2
A2) FRont Squat 6x2

B1) Step-up 3x6-8
B2) Ab Wheel 3x8-10

Worked up to about 270 on the front squat. (when did these things get so damn heavy.) Abs are killing me today. Love it.

Ok, so I had an epiphany tonight.I am about 100% stronger at night then during the day. I did the same leg workout that I’ve been doing, but with about 30 more pounds on each exercise. (I front squated over 300 tonight.) Moral of the story, I nned to find a way to train at night instead of the niddle of the day!

A1 seated half press in rack 4x2-4 worked up to 350
A2) Medial trap flye 4x4-6 worked up to 30’s

B1) Rope tricep ext 4x6-8 stack by 8
B2 Hammers 4x6-8 got up to 60’s

Wow, that would also explain my inability to tan, and my apprehension about entering religious buildings lol
