Your CBC differential looks typical of post viral parameters. LFT’s are also commonly elevated by COVID. I would still get a hepatitis panel. I have had patients with elevated LFT’s from combining nyquil with other sources of tylenol or NSAIDS. TRT can also rarely elevate LFT’s. This will be a process of exclusion for you.
