My first cycle, Test E @ 350 weekly, now at end of week 7, had winny as a kick start for 5 weeks (yes I’m after lean mass) Adex 0.5 eod or e3d
Now my question, in my mid cycle blood work
Blood taken Monday before pinning, latest shot was Thursday noon.
T total: 70 nmol/l
SHBG: 10 nmol/l
E2: 57 pmol/l
Albumin: 42 g/l
T free: 6.3 pmol/l. <<<<<<<<<<<
How the hell my free T is that extreme low with that very low SHBG and normal range Albumin, while E2 is under control??

Obviously something is wrong in my lab results. I called the lab to understand if it should be 63 not 6.3 or may be the unit is wrong. Specially that it was sent to Germany for that test.
But they insisted that they are correct and I’m using hormones so results are out of range.
Tried to reason but it was arguing with idiots.
If that number is correct, my boy wont get up with whatever, and my woods are very very good and quick.
ADEX is not eod its 1 day akipped then 2 days skipped, sometimes 3, cutting to quarters is impossible and that protocol works for me, I aromatize much, eve when I was a teen.
Ranges in labs reports are leads only and they vary from lab to lab. But the free T range in my lab is 24.3 to 78
My apologies, I read it over to fast. In that case, Nolvadex doesnt stop the aromatization process but it fills the receptors in the breast tissue so that they cant be filled which causes gyno. Nolva will not reduce E2 numbers or symptoms.
@newbvet thanks for replying. I mentioned Adex, which is Arimadex not Tamoxifen (Nolvadex), my E2 is OK, the point of this post is the weird Free testosterone number, which is definitely wrong, or my dick would be dead, also my SHBG is very low from Winstrol, and albumin is in totally normal range, so no where for the Test to go rather than being free. Accordingly I still assume that unit might be wrong, or the value has a wrong decimal.
Anyway, I was after opinions on my free Test value, may be it can be possible somehow!
I would assume the numbers are just wrong. With your SHBG and your TT you’re free test should be around the same as mine if not higher as my SHBG was 15.2.
@sky1322 that’s my assumption as well, my guess is the unit is wrong, and should be nmol/L rather than pmol/L, specially that my lab sent it out of country for analysis.
Free Testosterone calculator do not work while on exogenous Test, but logic (at least mine) says the unit is wrong.
Hope any MD or lab work expert would confirm, as at first I got crazy and was researching for hours with what would cause that and if it’s possible, but after hours of not finding a robust information, I asked here.
