No I’m not competing but I used to be a FFB. I like my food bland and dry. It means I’m not going to be a fat ass anytime soon. It gives me peace of mind what the macros are for that specific meal. Besides a well grilled chicken breast needs no salt or seasoning IMO. This is just me, so there’s no need to disagree or agree with me.
mannn thats how meat was meant to be eaten. grilled over an open flame. the wood and fire gives the meat all the flavor it needs, not to mention all the flavor it brings out.

Have you ever eaten something you’d never cook for your date, JUST for the sake of health? Right now im eating a rib eye steak with a side of spinach, velvetta cheese, and broccoli all mixed together. its not all that bad, but thats only cuz i love spinach and broccoli. i shouldve added more cheese…
Do you actually consider that meal healthy??? Perhaps the broccoli, and depending on your diet the steak can be okay, but velvetta cheese?

i eat spam also. i also get the jambalaya pasta at the cheesecake factory, with a side of thai wraps. I wash that shit down with a cold ass corona with a lime.
at applebees i get boneless buffalo wings and dip that shit in blue cheese. i finish the whole basket everytime. sometimes i opt for the cheese quesadillas because i dont discriminate.
i get roast beef sandwiches at subway on honey oat bread with provolone cheese. i put a hefty amount of mayo and pile on every veggie, including the hot peppers. then i drown it in oil and vinegar and get extra pepper and oregano.
when i make my protein shakes i use skippy instead of natural and throw in some nesquick for some flavor.
i eat hotdogs and the chicken wraps from 7 - 11.
i eat korean/chinese/japanese noodles whenever the fuck i want.
does that answer your question?
oh yea, and down the shore i get cheesesteaks with onions and peppers and pizza from 3 brothers which is triple the size of a regular slice. sliced sausages are the best. and yes velvetta cheese is fuckin bangin
I’ve noticed in this thread and others that a lot of posters have had horrible combinations involving one of (if not all) the following: Tuna, cottage cheese, peanut butter, protein powder…
Why not just eat them individually one after the other?

Shit, I sometimes eat rare/raw pasture fed beef (usually rare, I like it nice and juicy!) It aint real if it aint raw!
I do that too. Steak tartare in small amounts on whole grain crackers/Wasa bread. Probably the strangest “out there” thing I’ve eaten. I remember saying: “But come on, it has enzymes and raw protein and stuff…” lol
I eat raw fish too. I used to make really good fatty salmon sushi rolls-which actually became popular with a few girlfriends, as opposed to the tartare. I hardly ever do it anymore though. I just get it at restaurants. BlowFish sushi is pretty good.
