We Don't Put Up With Lifting Weights In Pink Stripe Oxford Dress Shirts

Pushed my wheels of doom. Did them from standing, but went to full extension. So what if I bounced of the floor once or twice. It wasn’t that hard. Only got to six, but I could feel it (I’d put the six at roughly the same feeling as doing twenty of the kneeling gave me). Did not end up the disgusted way I felt when I only got to the push up position and came back up.

Hmm, still feeling the burn. I’ll have to see how I feel tomorrow morning to know if I overdid it.

Well, the “proper” machine rows (where I keep my back static and do not move it with the exercise) hit my biceps more than the ones I was doing. Good progress except on my pull downs.

I’ll make it back to 445 on the leg press before I know it. Plate loaded machines are coming soon – I’m going to be using some of those to get some perspective on just what the machine weights mean. I really liked the cable weight machine for that purpose.

Expect to get a sand bag for Christmas – and lots of bags of rice (they make for nice incremental weights).

Did my mid-week. 20 ab-rollers. I’ve tried some other things, but standing ab rollers – I’m just not up to doing them right. Got 20 kneeling in this morning. A bit of a burn now, will see if I’m regretting it tomorrow morning.

Last Saturday was a bust, too many other things happened, so I could not get my lifting in. This Saturday I’ll be back on track.
