It’s the illuminati bro.

White privilege.
Oh God not that again.
Also thin privilege. Just try to put yourself in Oprah’s shoes man. She’s got neither of those illustrious privileges. Life for her must be so hard.

I bet being a billionaire sucks if you don’t have the white/skinny privilege.
My experience with Corporations was as an S corp the corporation paid no tax to my understanding. And as the money came out in profit either through wages or capital gains at that time it was taxed and the Corp retained no money . It was just a vehicle to limit liability

S Corps are pass through entities if I’m not mistaken. Gains & losses “pass through” to the shareholders.

Do any corporations on Wall street have S corps? or are they all C corps

The actual street in New York or “Wall Street?”
I will revise it for you , on the New York Stock Exchange
No, S Corps are not traded on the NYSE. S Corps are not publicly traded.
I did not think so .
I still maintain that if HD pays 5% less taxes than Paul it is enough to sink Paul and I bet if you add up the write offs HD gets that Paul does not ,it would be 10s of percents

LOL, you have to be a C in order to have your SHARES publicly traded on a STOCK exchange.
Yes there are Publicly Traded Partnerships…
S-Corps are limited to small business because they are pass through entities, which means the owners pay the tax, not the entity. In a C Corp, both the entity and owners pay tax on profits.
And no, nothing automatically becomes capital gains just because it comes out of an S-Corp. Again Pitt, you are talking about things you don’t begin to understand, lol. You are so confident about it too…

I was not talking about every one I was talking about my self.
And no I am not so confident , I saw a huge advantage on taxes to be that Corp . It was the write offs .
I was a DBA for 20 years before the s corp. An accountant showed me the advantages and they were very note worthy

You don’t think what? That S corps aren’t traded on the NYSE?
