What you need is some NO XPLODE, ASAP. You also need to get those Biceps up to par with the rest of your physique. I would recommend curling at least 4 days a week; don’t be afraid to really hit those Biceps too. Do all kinds of curls and for lots of reps. It will really get the blood pumping and you will get huge.

Listen to what this guy is saying. NO XPLODE and various bicep isolation exercises will really make you feel the pump and bring your biceps on par with the rest of you. I would also recommend doing more bench press variations. To really push yourself to the limit, find a training partner, and do negative/forced reps. Basically pick a weight 10% heavier than you can handle and get your partner to help you push it up/bring it back down, but do the best you can on these reps yourself.

Also, if you want to get bigger and stronger, don’t eat for an hour or two after working out. Then eat a lot. Your body will be forced to adapt and this’ll help you get huge.
