Wanting to Bulk, Is My Diet Good?

Hey guys, starting a bulk and wanted to run over with you all my diet, tell me what you think.

I’m 19, 5’11", 170lbs, 10-11% bf
training is 4 days out of every 8; day on, day off 4 day split.

18g protein mix powder

5g udos oil
15g wheatgrass powder

90g pasta
130g steak
VEGETABLES
2ml udos oil

17:45 GYM (cardio here on off days - no PWO - to finish 30mins before PPWO meal)

39g whey isolate
6g l-leucine
40g dextrose
40g maltodextrin

80g basmati rice
130g chicken
VEGETABLES
4ml udos oil

10:00 ZMA

150g (raw weight) salmon
200ml skimmed milk
2 weetabix

N.B. Portion of vegtables:

	75g broccoli
	45g spinach
	90g (1/2 large) tomato
	40g (1/4) onion

More fat? Less fat?
Creatine PWO? Glutamine PWO? PWO shake in general?
More protein? Less protein?
Include fruit?
Adequate vegetable intake?
Adequate Carb intake?
Divide meals up into 7 instead of 6?
Any supplements?

It dosn’t seem like it’s all that many calories, especially for a bulk. It dosn’t look like much protien either. You may want to try seperating meals into protien and fats or protien and carbs.

Anyway diet looks quite good possibly short on variety in fats, try and get some avocado and nut butter instead of the UDOS oil.
