I have autoimmune thyroid disease, s/p thyroidectomy and high autoimmune antibodies, which makes it a challenge for me not to be 150# (I’m 5’3")…my metabolism is slow and that sucks. But thankfully, there are resouces like T-Nation that really provide support. And good thing for weight training, that saved my health, it keeps me from feeling too terrible and also keeps the weight off. If it weren’t for heavy weight training, my health would be nowhere as good as it is today, and I’m thankful.
Normally people like me have high cholesterol, overweight, but I have extremely low LDL’s and extremely high HDL’s, great health profile, all thanks to the education, lifestyle, etc. from the bb industry. I’m greatful to the bb industry for drawing my interest way long ago and helping me change my life for the better. I applaud the BB industry for leading the way with many types of lifestyle modification, medical research and other research and implementation. [/quote]
You are in inspiration to everyone with health conditions. And a dam hot babe at that!
(1) I own only one pair of pants. They are everyone’s favorite!
(2) Paul Bunyan is hyooge. We talked shop. He favors outdoor strongman training, has a blue ox, and says “hi”.
(3) I have a 50% hearing loss and thus wear hearing aids … have since I was 5. Being a fat kid with a hearing problem is not exactly a great confidence builder.
Regarding Lou Schuler and MadTitan’s cover: I know Lou pretty well from the internet; in fact, I know Lou about as well as I know Professor X or nephorm or any other regular on T-Nation. Better, really. I would be absolutely stunned if the man turned MadTitan down for any sort of racial reason. The excuse MadTitan is writing about IS really lame, so I would bet quite a bit that MadTitan was just too big for Men’s Health or that someone higher up the MH chain told Lou to choose someone else.
I think I might ask Lou to chime in on this when I can.
Here i am at 230lbs a month and half after i peaked, the day after i had my nipples pierced, two weeks before hurricane katrina hit. why of why didnt i take good pics while i was at my all time peak?! i was the heaviest, leanest, and strongest ive ever been thanks to 8 months of training and T-Nation. thanks guys, keep up the good fight!
obscure facts:
i have another piercing not shown in this pic >:)
at last count ive attended 26 schools including 9 high schools and two colleges.
Sigourney Weaver is hot, never could explain why.
i have a fairy fettish ->REAL girls that are fairy like in appearence…had one once…OH MAN!
i have a foot, ear, neck, leg, ass, and nose fettish
none of the above explains why Sigourney Weaver is hot.

It’s genetic. I don’t know what it is either. Maybe she was just the first chick I ever saw who knew how to use a big ass gun and a flame thrower and still look good in just panties.

[Stunned] I. Am. Not. Alone!
I’ve never understood why either, but Sigourney was the first actress I had a crush on, when I was…8! I hadn’t even seen Alien at the time, and wouldn’t for a few years yet.
I think that sarcastic, half-smile of hers has something to do with it.
