So I’ve been working with a coach and I think he’s been having me body recomp. I am happy with my results I seem a lot bigger and leaner, less inflamed etc. but I wanna gain some size but don’t wanna be puffy come summer because I am trying to meet more girls lol. I work at a prop bar. Needless to say there’s some girls I meet. What should my game plan be. So far I’m super happy with my physique but I love how lean I am for summer so idk what I should do. I have a trip this month in Florida and next month for 2 weeks in Florida aswell

Looks like you are on the successful game plan. Be patient, gains might slow, but allow them to proceed. The first gains (newbie gains) are the easiest.
It would be easier to help if we knew what you are taking. But off the top of my head cialis 5mg before the gym would be a nice addition for pump stays in your system for 36 hours ontop of boost to libido makes my vains pop. I take it daily nothing but benefits and slightly decreases BP no Pre-Workout needed for gym anymore. Telmisartan for BP control if your on TRT and have slightly elevated BP levels this also improves insulin sensativity which is nice. 45 mins of cardio daily ontop of hitting protein goals I take 3 slate 42g protein shakes a day ontop of my three ideal nutritions meals gets me way over the 210g of protein my body needs daily for muscle growth.
So I’ve been seriously training about 2 years now been in gym 4 I started at 135lb then go to 185lb cut then maintained and now body recomping. But I believe a lean bulk may be the way?
IMO, a lean bulk is the only way to bulk and expect to keep your muscle if you want to compete. I never allowed myself to get over 15% body fat. I always had a beach ready physique

If it were me, I wouldn’t change up the game plan. Already looking good enough on the muscle size front honestly. Maybe bring up your side delts a little more? Would make you look much bigger, and you really wouldn’t have to “bulk” and fluff up for summer. Just start smashing lateral raises, until it burns, then keep going! Good luck.
Thank you. My coach right now said he liked to keep his natural clients pretty lean even when “bulking”. So far I’ve had great results I will definitely make gains doing what I’m doing. The program I’m on right now is pretty much the best I’ve felt gains wise

Whats the problem? Why fuck shit up by asking the opinions of strangers who arent walking in your shoes? Might be a different story if you were planning to hit the stage and needed opinions of others that have done so.
