Super shitty leg day. Had to cut squats way short due to my right hip/hip flexor. Pain was brutal with 135, just got worse with more. Really pisses me off, hopefully it goes away.

Not to be ‘That guy’ but are you doing anything about the pain?/ potential mobility issue?
Reason I ask is because I’ve had a lot of niggles and still do that I just hope go away soon but only really got better once I addressed them
I went to a few different people to get it looked at when it first flared up almost 2 years ago. They all had there magic fix but none of it worked. Might be time to try again. I bitch about it a lot, I should probably try to fix it again.
Have you ever looked into ART for hip mobility? I used to have impingement issues but it now has been addressed with ART. Shoulders as well. Might be worth taking a look at.

What does the prime mean before the lifts? Never heard of a prime row for example.
It’s the brand of row machine. They are so awesome. I’d only ever seen them on videos from Meadows and other big names. All the prime equipment has 3 places to load plates. Each spot changes the resistance curve. I always load the middle and full contracted part of the lift using prime. Really cool pieces of equipment, only downside is there’s not a lot of room. Once I go past 275 on rows I have to start adding weight to the bottom/start of the lift which makes it feel very weird.
The seated row in that link is my favorite. This gym also has a lot of arsenal Strength equipment which is unique and awesome as well.
