Did a few weighted calf raises just for good measure. Canāt have my calfās smaller than my ankle!
Ended up working till 8am today and was only able to sleep an hour or so today so I kept it simple.

So doing all these curls lately has showed my my right (dominant) arm is weaker than my NON dominant arm⦠I can do double the amount of curls with better mind/muscle connection with weak armā¦
Iāve broken both arms right at the wrist joint and have plenty of hardware in each and limited wrist mobility, only thing I can think of that would cause it. Kinda sucks. Biceps look totally different when flexed. Weak arm is peaked and right arm just looks āfullerā and no peak.
Lol yea thatās the only exception I made I was waking up around 210 till I went crazy at a Mexican restaurant with the wife Tuesday. Now itās around 212. I love pull ups and wish I could just rep out tons of them.
Killer session today. Felt like an animal and enjoyed every second in the gym.

I did a metric ton of seated rows, both horizontal pulling and 75ish degrees downward, almost like laid back pull up. Back and lats pumped up huuuge and felt so dang good.
Finished with some curlzzz. Dumbbell, barbell, and EZbar. All types of weights, reps and stuff. Just trying to force these puppies to grow.
Iām a lefty and my right arm is stronger. I did break my left arm years ago, but I think it might be more to do with the fact that Iām a switch hitter.

Whatās weird is my right bicep is thicker, but the left has more of a peak and looks more like a bicep. They are so tiny now it doesnāt really matter, but hopefully they will be big enough one day to matter!
This might be the case for me as well. I work a manual labor type job. Iāve wondered too if it was because my right arm had more muscle in different places that isolating the bicep during exercises is harder.
