haha no way you believed him Hell-Billy. Carl Grimes is a major character in the series/comics. He’s going to live to the end of the show…
SPOILERS
It’s about time Rick started to get a little proactive with some of these other survivors. Should have killed that greaseball as soon as he lifted his piece the first time they saw him.
The other inmates need to die too. No way you can trust them, and they are two more mouths to feed that don’t contribute anything to the cause.

I agree with you on killing that first guy but the last two, I think it was the right thing to do to leave them alive.

I don’t, the white dude with the long hair and the other small black guy, as well as Tiny looked like they were cool. The “greaseball” def had to go. The other black guy who said “I don’t beg for my life”, very suspect.

I see the crying white guy as a measle traitor type. If I was gonna let any other them live it would been the one who didn’t beg.

Seriously…how do you watch it online? Sites please? All I’ve ever seen are those links people post on the AMC site that want you to fill out surveys for 20 minutes to view…lol

I can hope cant i.
Although i think the writers are doing better with Carl’s character this season so far. Have his every significant contribution off screen, and have him shoot a zombie or show up with medical supplies every once in a while to remind people he is there.

Yeah they are doing a good job of alluding to his badassary without making it primary subject matter.
Shows back up with supplies from the infirmary, “No big deal.”
Old man starts breathing again and for some reason grabs Lori, he’s waiting to pull the trigger on another walker.

Could they have panned up over her zombie-crotch any slower?
I can watch people get hacked with machetes all day but that scene was a little much for me.
Rick’s reaction to every major obstacle so far this season:
Good episode. I was a little WTF over Lori’s over-emotional “I thought we were going to talk about us”-shpiel. Pretty sure if you didn’t talk about it over the winter, it’s a closed issue, lady. I did like how he was just like, “We all appreciate what you did.” I took that as him pretty much giving her a post-apocalypse verbal divorce/now you’re just another person in the group-message.
Also, T-Dog, thanks for the useless advice. No, they don’t need to go burn the bodies outside. They lived with 10 months of crap and piss in a closet. They can deal with a pile of dead bodies in the corner.

LOL, I thought the same

Burning them could serve a couple of purposes. 1. Minimizing disease/sickness. Although they are dead, they are still rotting corpses. 2. Making sure they are really dead. Hershel got bit by a zombie that appeared to be dead until he walked in front of it.

Although, things did come to a head when Shane died I feel like something happened over winter and they will show us later. Seems like they went from quite-dislike to hate.

I think the same could’ve been said about Shane throughout the first season and some of the second. I wouldn’t put money guaranteeing anyone survives. I’m casually following the comic, so I’m aware of what Carl’s up to there, but the only person I’m comfortable saying will live for as long as the show’s on is Rick. And even then, there are a few ways I’d be okay with seeing him die.

Yeah, there had better be some more flashbacks the cover the winter and fill in some blanks. Previously, when they started episodes with those flashback clips, they were able to do pretty well getting a fair amount of background info across in just a few minutes. I’m not sure why they haven’t done that so far this season.
Another thing my gal pointed out as soon as the show was over, she asked “So, what about Andrea and Michonne?” And then I realized we didn’t see them at all. I’m hoping they don’t alternate one full episode at the prison and one full episode at Woodbury (to get us to connect with/relate to the Governor or something), instead of going back-and-forth within the same episode.

From what I’ve heard, Glenn Mazzarra doesn’t really like the flashback thing. I agree that flashbacks would connect some holes, but I’d be more willing to bet that they use a lot of obvious references to explain some of what transpired throughout the winter. If they do have flashbacks, they’ll be used sparingly, but probably convey most of the information we’re missing.

From the preview I saw for next weeks episode, it’ll be a Michonne/Andrea heavy episode … I really hope they don’t focus solely on one story line at a time
Judging by the preview of next weeks episode I think it is safe to say they are going to be alternating location each episode at least for a short while until they all meet up again… Or it might just focus on Michonne and Andrea for a bit.
The preview does look pretty bad ass though, definitely a lot more action then suspense from what I have seen, can’t believe how much of an improvement this season has been since the barn house part haha
So is the general consensus from the people who have read the comic that “Dexter” from the comic book is “Oscar”, the lone remaining black prisoner?
Based an interview I read with Kirkman, he said Dexter had been renamed but is in the show, so I would guess that Oscar = Dexter.
And as far as next week’s episode, at the end of the trailer it looks like Merle is making his triumphant return.
My guess is he is the one watching Carol from the woods, and he most likely sneaks up on her and knocks her out.
I also wonder if someone in the group has been providing Merle info on where they have been heading since they left the camp outside Atlanta.
Fuck Lori.
Now onto other things.
They already said the show is going to move from the books. The only thing he plans to keep the same is this show is the story of RICK and how he survives in this new world. So anything can happen to anyone.
