Any dietitians or educated people have any recommendations on vit A? Without a doubt I get more than the rda, my multi alone had 4000IU, then 300Iu in each of the 8-10cups milk I drink a day, not to mention cereal and other foods. Should I be worried about exceeding the rda with food sources and maybe drop my multi?
Check to see whether the Vitamin A is supplied as beta-carotene or as Vitamin A itself (retinol.)
If beta-carotene, then no need to concern yourself with getting too much.
If retinol, switch to a multivitamin from a more-informed company.

Thanks, I have these one a days for men, 4000 Iu of vit A as acetate, and then it has another 1000 IU of beta carotene. Guess I’ll be looking for some new ones.
