I’m still limping but it’s only been 2 days.

I’ve been logging offline recently. MCL is healing. I had an MRI on my bursitis knee, awaiting results. Finger is healing slowly, it’s not limiting my lifting anymore. Sports hernia is worse than before though. It shouldn’t limit me in competition but I’m trying to avoid aggravating it for now. World Championships in just over 3 months.

5 minute bike and static stretching
Dynamic warmup

  1. Sprints: 10 x 20y @ 90%
    2-point start. Fastest I’ve sprinted since my sports hernia but I’m still limited
  2. Goblet Squats: 4x10 @ 100 with two red bands
  3. Back Squats: 45x10, 135x6, 205x6, 225x6, 225x6, 225x6
