First few days have gone well. Still a long way to go but very happy with the pain level.

2.5 weeks down. Will start workouts again next week.

Been thinking about what I’ll make/buy next for my home gym.

Top of the list is a custom rack attachment for nordic hamstring curls.
Also been looking at bikes but don’t know if it’s worth the money right now.
I should also make some mods to prevent my half rack from swaying side to side.
And a double-end bag would be nice if I can find a good place for it. Space is at a premium now until I clear out more space.

How’re things feeling? Too early to tell? So far, so good? Something else, perhaps?

Feeling good, still two weeks until I’m allowed to use that arm though. Pain is very minimal.

Week 5 today, 1 more week to go until the sling is off.
The power is out in my gym right now and by the time I finish work it’s pitch black so haven’t really been putting any time in. Hopefully I can get the power up in the next week or so and get back to training. It’s been nice having free time but need to get back to it. My left arm is also looking like an empty paper towel roll.

We didn’t go outside of my boundaries so felt good, no pain whatsoever.
