Vision’s Training Log

Not an AC/DC fan
For Metallica, I couldn’t find anything on Spotify that’s under 1:30, I’ll have to work up to it. Today’s was around 50-60 mins and pretty easy.

Ah, I’m old school with it - got tons of live albums on CDs, and the long ones are 2 CD’s so just one’ll do the trick. Thanks for the idea, dude!

Solid work @vision1 bud

What in the realm of fucks is a banded half squat if you don’t mind me asking

Basically just a squat where I stop a couple inches above parallel. Knee angle roughly 90 degrees. I’m using bands which come loose at the bottom so I have a reference of when to change direction. Working on fast eccentrics and concentrics

I’ll get a video up next time

In between sets I did steady state jump rope, med ball step ups, and bear craws

I don’t know why I bought this rower, it’s a death sentence

New lifting program starting tomorrow

Starting a new program: Stronger by Science by Greg Nuckols. This program contains 28 separate programs, each dedicated to the three powerlifts. You mix and match programs to suit your needs. I’m going to try his recommended bench focused program. 2x per week beginner squat, 3x per week intermediate bench, 1x per week deadlift intermediate.
