First day having preworkout in years and holy shit did I feel like I was going to explode.

475x4 felt pretty meh, belt on too tight
475x4 loosened belt and these felt significantly better. Probably had 6-7 to failure on this set. Used a more head down and rounded upper back. Seems to help with speed off the floor and that’s basically my achilles heel.
