Really loving the vibe in here. Your starting numbers are really good, youll be back in full action before ya know it.
200 leg curls, was this for a burn out factor?
Snap, I’m really surprised how fast my strength seems to be coming back. My form is spot on, I’ve ask my guru to verify form on all my lifts and he just nods his head.
I just have to be sure I don’t make too big a jump and re-damage anything.
Up, thanks, and my PL coach throws those for endurance and active recovery too.

You are doing so great! Wow, was I surprised to stop in here tonight and see the numbers you are putting up already. Way to go!
I love that picture of you wearing the chains. So completely bad ass.[/quote]
Exactly what I was going to say. I truly hope I can see you lift in person someday. Your talent is just unbelieveable to me.

Snap, my hubby is starting to travel to visit some bases, I’ve already told him if any are to CO I may want to go, mainly to come lift with you!
James-yep guess one could say I’m pretty determine to achieve a Pro total. I got a pretty good deal and as I’m finding out -“Build it and they will come”
Kimba- thanks for checking up on me, right now it’s a quandry heal or lift heavy, so I’m actually increasing 10-15 lbs per week on my bench instead of 5-10 I told myself I would stick to, but I’m still trying to stay in 15 reps range so can tendons little by little. I want to max out but trying to wait it out another few weeks
Joe-slowly but surely, really finding out I didn’t lose too much lower body strength which surprises me
