For the spirit of the thread. Pic taken at Olympia Expo, 2018. Pardon their then-skinny dad bod. I was so freaking stressed out that year and my body and fitness plummeted. I actually stated lifting on the vacation after months of not doing so.
Yea⦠Itās the new trend. Was eating taco rice in 96 on Okinawa
Now thereās a carnivore diet version of this:

@mertdawg what do you think?
Seems a bit hypocritical considering that all this time he was stressing the importance of eating such and such vegetable and fruit for whatever reason, the vertical might as well be nothing but beef and rice.
Heās also said the best diet is the one you can stick to.
So potato chips and coca cola?
So he is selling ācarnivoreā meals. Since strictly speaking carnivore means only meat, tallow, salt and maybe eggs, I wonder if someone canāt prepare a carnivore meal whether there is something else that needs fixing.
FWIW I do not advocate a diet with calories coming largely (40%) from meat PROTEIN. For a 3000 calorie diet that would be 300 grams of protein and presumably the rest from fat. The fat is OK, but red meat digest very slowly and for a drug free athlete it would prevent any possibility of amino acid spiking or pulsing. Also, I DO believe that red meat can lead to higher inflammation levels, especially if cooked with dry heat. Red meat is a super food but eating exclusively red meat on a calorie surplus to grow muscle is not a good idea. On a deficit during weight loss it might work.
what you sugest for loering cortisol /insulin release ?what kind of diet, foods , walking. Thank you
In this context does meat = red meat or all animal proteins (including fish, etc.)?
