Trust me, YouTube didn’t do much for me, that’s why I want someone to pinpoint on myself so I can be really sure if where it is
Assuming you want to pin your glutes what I sent you is where you do it. Technically ventroglueal is a little higher and around the side, but this is the safest spot to pin glutes in the pic I sent.
