Day 1 1st August 2011 was terrible - did not hit the gym. Had a bad throat and was cramping up in the left lat and abs. Really sucks could not consume much food after breaking fast so had to resort to drinking sweet fruit drinks and chocolate milk.
Day 2 2nd August 2011 - feeling as bad as day 1 having muscle aches here and there. Could not eat much before the fast began. Got in 3 scoops of whey, 2 slices of bread with cheese and nutella, half a litre of water and some milk. I mean like who the hell gets ups from bed at 5am and downs a full course meal before fasting begins at 545am - well apparently everyone else does. Will hit the gym later tonight to see how it feels.
