Good question, though without rt3 it’s hard to say for sure. I can say one thing, even at 0.85 you are close to 10.9412 pmol/L. Don’t quote me on this, but anything above 10 is probably “workable” in terms of symptoms. Lots of factors like the state of your adrenal health, physical characteristics (height, body composition, etc) will all play a role for sure.
lmao I just asked my doctor to check my Thyroid including rt3, but he wont do it, even if I pay for it myself. He thinks my fatique and erection problems, as well as low T stem from the fact that I dont eat meat, although I make sure to get all the nutrients I need. He is useless. He doesnt even know about rt3.
Anyway, I will get my TSH, ft3 and ft4 checked, and will post my results her, as another varicocele sufferer.
Does taking Iodine not help with improving thyroid values because it will not necessarily improve rt3?
@drshrimp
I’m guessing you aren’t in the US?
@dextermorgan
I’m in Germany. Why? ![]()
@drshrimp Seems like getting certain tests outside the US is a bitch.
Yes, I will try to get my rt3 tested somewhere though, maybe an endocrinoligist will do it.
I went to another urologist today and he gave me a prescription for DHEA to increase my T-Levels.
Does DHEA help at all? So far Ive read mixed things online where some sources say it helps, and some say it does nothing ![]()
I’ve seen more folks have issues with it than those that love it. If it was as simple as taking DHEA to raise testosterone levels you’d see a lot more folks trying it.
