Hello guys, i have a question, so i have started low dose HGH only 2 IU after my work outs, i am one month in and i am feeling great, skin, pumps, hair, recovery, i use it 5 to 4 times per week, with all this about it causing insulin resistance and the use in conjunction with insulin, i was just wondering if i should use low dose insulin (3 iu) with this low amount of GH or if it is not needed at all for this “HRT” dose of GH
Also does using it with insulin amilorates the insulin resistance effect at all?? since in insulin resistance states you have enough insulin production it only does not work properly.
Thanks, i tryed Metformin at a low dose to try to improve insulin sensitivity but i see i don´t get the pumps i usually get at the gym.
1)You never take insulin together with GH… they are kind of in a way - opposites and cancel each other. GH is best taken in the morning while fasted. If you eat, your insulin gets secreted and it fucks with GH.
2)Taking insulin does not correct insulin resistance. If you are insulin resistant, then you are insulin resistant. Extra insulin will help as a bandaid for the problem but it wont actually fix the problem.
Anyways with 2iu a day there shouldnt be any problems or need to think about this.
Thanks a lot man for the feedback man, Appreciate it.
