Hitler’s sworn enemy was communism, thus his obsession with Operation Barbarrossa. He considered Communism a Jewish conspiracy and his invasion of Poland was, in fact, also blamed on the Jewish people. Ironically Russia had already had a long history of anti-semitism behind it, thus the Jews found little peace on either side of the border. Going back further in history the Jews suffered the same accusations as the Black Death reared it’s ugly head upon a helpless and unsuspecting Europe. The Jews were blamed for poisoning the water; supposedly as part of thier “plan” to eventually dominate Europe. This blame was placed upon the Jews because many Jews seemed quite unaffected by Black Death. However this was do to the cleanliness laws (that the Europeans lacked at tha time) they abided by in the Torah, not from some supposed contrived evil to poison gentiles. Lastly, the Jews are now conveniently blamed for the Palestinians’ corruption during this present crisis. Anti-semitism has risen now risen to it’s highest level world-wide (particularly in the Middle East where it has always been significant) since World War II. Sad but nonetheless true.
