US Presidential Election Predictions

A team of international observers invited by the Trump administration has issued a preliminary report giving high marks to the conduct of last week’s elections–and it criticizes President Trump for making baseless allegations that the outcome resulted from systematic fraud.

Homosexuality has little to do with left wing extremism. Gay people probably tend to steer left due to less perceived persecution within that demographic

That being said, as times have changed I’ve noted a generalised shift in tone. Both the left wing and a large portion of conservatives are now (thankfully) accepting of homosexuality

I’m not saying they are extremists. I’m talking about the relatively small portion of their community which has joined the extremists along with the same kind of people from all the other gender groups.

One American News gonna be happy.

Fox was already a target of Trump anytime they remotely criticized him. A lot of Trump people were annoyed with Fox before the election. Now do things like call an election days after it becomes obvious the race is over and you’re the full fledged enemy.

The people like Hannitty and Tucker aren’t changing. They know what type of people make them rich. They have to pander fully. But can the true Trump supporters support a network who has people that won’t fully bow? I don’t think so.

We’re slowly going to get to a point where the networks long branded as biased like Fox and MSNBC lose viewers because they aren’t biased enough.

Everyone wants to hear stuff they want to hear and nothing else. While I may see that Cavuto clip as someone standing up and saying “no you can’t just say that without proof” someone else sees that as liberal media trying to destroy Trump.

Maybe he’s already continuing to make that play at hurting Fox more. The Wisconsin poll was actually Oct 20-25 not the day before the election. But the Fox was wrong on everything part caught my eye.

No NYT subscription so it cut me off quick

Did you think l was talking some objective network?

To clarify - just license it, like the real estate.

Yes. Im not a “Trumper” per se. Weve been through this. Libertarian. Big fan of the constitution and the Republic. Trump was the best option this time around.

Democracy is mob rule. An immediate repeal of the 17th amendment would be a step in the right direction.

I’ve said this many times.

Never trust a man who wears a bow tie.

I think Tucker’s mildly tolerable. Hannity is just (calculatedly and purposefully) nuts.

Seriously, you’re already there from the internal stats I have(can’t say anything more than that, sorry).

EDIT:

Also, despite all the allegations of youtube and the like being biased to the Left, which does have some truth to it, their algorithms are bi-partisan(lol). If you wanna test this out, just keep searching for, and watching Ben Shapiro, Tucker and all your suggestions will feature similar “right wing” videos like Steven Crowder and an assortment of “Alt Right” bums that I’ve never heard of.

Well I wasn’t exactly sure. Do you think Fox has been doing a fair job of covering the President? Or have they been too harsh? Probably more interested in the last few years than laser focusing on since the election.

I have to admit I don’t watch any cable news and haven’t in years. Last time I remember watching much was probably 04-08 range in college.

But I’m not trolling by asking I’m wondering.

These damn people and their voter fraud using dead people to vote.

Republican? How dare you newspaper that must be a typo!

Paper seems oddly proud about it. It happened right here in Lucerne county!

How do term limits work when it comes to the VP succeeding the president? From what I understand, 10 years is the maximum possible term. So if Biden dies/resigns halfway through his term, Kamala will serve the rest and then can run again in 2024 and 2028. But what if he resigns 1 year in? Does that make her ineligible to run in 2028, as at the end of that term she would have served 11 years?

Not saying any of this will happen by the way, just curious.

Well this thread exploded…time to catch up lol

Gotcha now. I think you’re right, there was probably a swing back towards “normal” patterns for some who were traditional Dems and went Trump for 2016 yeah.

And I do agree that the people in AZ, TX, NC, GA are changing in general. That’s most certainly not Trump’s fault.

I don’t think a charge will happen with a new AG after Biden takes office. Political scandals usually - well not exactly die, but fade - when the candidate leaves office if there haven’t been charges after an investigation is ended.

I have no idea why they think sticking their necks out on this is a good idea when they’ve got a run-off coming and could screw up the whole majority.

Just sit there and say - “see, now we need to be there to be a check on Democrat control”. Talking about this is just all lose - no win as I see it for them.

Absolutely. And it’s one reason why people like myself have so many problems with the social justice crowd. It’s not that things couldn’t be better - and I’m all about making things better if we can. It’s the fact that the current movement is just a raging shit show and the biggest advocates lack some serious context.

A free press doesn’t mean a good press… Lol.

I am not anti-Cavuto in the least. I think he’s pretty level-headed most of the time. Good for him pulling the plug.

Trump invited international observers to watch the “fraud” in anticipation of…what exactly?? Wow, that’s… Well… I don’t know what it is.

My grandmother lived in Luzerne Co, and I can recall her saying that the mines had produced “strong backs and weak minds” over time. And so that probably accounts for both the mistake and the pride in same. Weak minds! That’s what’s going on there.

On another Luzerne County note, my grandmother’s town had, at one time, a sign as you entered (via the bridge) that said “Welcome to West Pittston, Tomato Capital of the World,” which I found dubious. According to whom? Although my grandma’s tomatoes were pretty good, I must admit. Still, world class? I just don’t know.

Dude’s nuts just make him happy and he’ll go away. Give him his pity party and move on. Unreal.

“What is the downside for humoring him for this little bit of time? No one seriously thinks the results will change,” said one senior Republican official. “He went golfing this weekend. It’s not like he’s plotting how to prevent Joe Biden from taking power on Jan. 20. He’s tweeting about filing some lawsuits, those lawsuits will fail, then he’ll tweet some more about how the election was stolen, and then he’ll leave.”

Dear God, what were the other choices on your ballot? What state are you in? Was it:

O Trump
O Death by internal bleeding
O Death by external bleeding
O All three simultaneously

Honestly, I’d have to think about this more, but I may agree with you. Although, I heard death by internal bleeding is pretty tolerable. Actually, yeah, I think I’d take that one.

It’s telling that even his campaign staff is just humoring him.

I support the legal challenges as the right of the candidate, but I do not support the incendiary rhetoric with absolutely no proof aimed at making the ego bruise easier to deal with.

Agreed. We’re basically potentially calling into question every single vote in the nation. And most people know why we’re doing this…it’s because Trump who cried before the election that if he lost it was because of fraud. He loses and…here we are. He said the same thing about fraud for why he didn’t win the popular vote last time.

They won’t be looking for a single shred of evidence of voter fraud in a state Trump won. It’s not really about finding voter fraud. It’s about finding something anything to question the results in states that were close that went Blue.

By all means if giant amounts of fraud happened I want to know about it. But right now all signs are pointing towards a grown man whose putting his ego above millions of voters. He’s doing exactly what we figured he would but that doesn’t make it any more ok.

It wasn’t just Florida either though obviously that is an insane example for the number of votes:

New Mexico: 366 votes.
Iowa: Approx 4000
Wisconsin- Approx 5000 votes difference.
New Hampshire: Approx 7000

Now that’s a close multiple state election. Also thought this stood out:

“The Bush-Cheney Campaign 2000 respects the certified results in New Mexico and will not exercise its option to request a recount," Dendahl said, reading from a Bush campaign statement to reporters outside the secretary of state’s office.”l

In addition, Dendahl said Bush believed “a recount in New Mexico would be divisive and time-consuming, delaying the conclusion of the election even more.”
