I think that, apart from Britain and Canada, the US is one of the least racist places in the WORLD from what friends in these countries tell me. This is even taking Australia and France(though it seems like the French just have a problem with anyone who doesn’t speak French) into consideration.
Lumping Chinese with South Indians alone boggles my mind but it’s cool as long as the system works favorably as a whole.

The ethics of the investigation, and the guilt of Trump at the time of the obstruction is ethically relevant. The investigation (into Russian collusion) exonerated the President. The charge of obstruction would be Trump obstructing the Russian investigation (a separate crime). By Muellers own report Trump was innocent of the crimes being investigated but obstructed the investigation. The investigation was largely invalid, the investigators did a ton of unethical crap far outside a pursuit of justice, and yet it still concluded he was innocent of the crimes being investigated. It also means that if he’s guilty, he’s guilty of obstructing a pretty immoral witch hunt of an investigation. The Russian Collusion narrative was very much a lie according to the report.
Oh, comon’ with the russia crap already. Hillary made that shit up and she’s clearly a lunatic and we are all much better off for having her lose. She’s calling everybody russian agents, including Tulsi Gabbert and Sanders, who is probably the closest thing to a russian agent. Save for he likes the old russia much better than post 1990.

No, he was not. He was immune from prosecution because he is a sitting president. There was no exoneration.

Agree in regards to collusion. Don’t agree with obstruction (innocence on collusion is needed to show obstruction is not ethically relevant, not guilty isn’t enough here).
You understand that doesn’t mean he is innocent, right? Not guilty doesn’t equal innocent. That is why obstruction of justice is relevant even if a defendant is found not guilty of the main crime they are accused of.
Let’s say OJ Simpson obstructed justice in the alleged crime against him (double homicide). He was found not guilty of murder. Should he or should he not be tried for obstruction even though he was found not guilty of the main crime? Is possible that his not guilty resulted from his obstruction?
This is where I think if he showed innocence, then it would perhaps make sense to drop obstruction. But again not guilty or exoneration does not equal innocence.
Not guilty is different than innocent.
They did not.
That is one possibility. Others exist.
Also, for the next four years, Trump likely faces tax fraud issues. The deep cut NYT reporting on this stuff exposed some very serious problems.

Same here lol. He was even asking who the moderator wanted him to condemn and he’d “do it”. “White supremists”? “Neo-nazis”? And the moderator had to say “The Proud Boys” out of all the other groups. I’m not even sure if Trump even knows who the Proud Boys are. I don’t even though I know who Antifa is just from reading the news.

Here’s a couple that believes their hoped for child will be black, because their dr told them it would be.
They found no evidence of any collusion. He wasn’t found not guilty, but there is as much evidence that Obama Colluded with the Russians to help Trump. No evidence a crime ever happened. The charges were mostly fabricated.
Mueller’s report concluded that they weren’t obstructed from doing their job.
This is insane morally. There is as much evidence you are a serial killer. There is no evidence anything ever happened. It isn’t his duty to prove his innocence. And even then he can only counter concrete accusations and evidence that exist, you cannot defend yourself from accusations that have no specifics or evidence.
Turns out, I do. At a minimum, Trump will face scrutiny over his declared “consultant” payments to Ivanka to offset income gains. Feel free to read up.
Also, there appear to be some shenanigans on how money was loaned to his campaign in 2016 from one of his Vegas affiliates.

Read your own article. They are discussing the obstruction charge. It did not exonerate him of obstruction. It did of collusion. “The report found no criminal conspiracy between the Trump campaign and Russia to tip the outcome of the 2016 presidential election in Trump’s favor. But it also did not reach a conclusion on whether the president had obstructed justice.”
I had no idea there were still people out there on the Russia Collusion nonsense. It was a lie people. I know people supper believed in it cause it would mean impeachment, but it was 100% a lie.
The actual emails, that the FBI has, came from a computer repair guy to whom Hunter forfeited his computer to, in Delaware. Phone screen shots are not emails.
