US Presidential Election Predictions

I think they feel things out. If you ever check out foxnews.com, their readers tend to love articles on how “bad” a liberal person/state/group is doing. So, articles about homelessness in CA, articles about Cuomo losing “credibility”, Pelosi’s actions getting “slammed” by someone, etc… This to me has always been the main difference between the right (or at least fox news readers on the right) vs the left. Nobody I know is interested in reading about the woes of West Virginia or Kentucky (very red states), but those on the Fox News bandwagon absolutely love anything that paints “libtards” in an unattractive light.
In retrospect, this really highlighted how someone like Trump could rise to power. He is the walking manifestation of this: his primary motive is to make liberals made. He is more interested in dismantling Obamacare than devising his own, he is more interested in “lock her up” and name-calling tweets than policy. Many of his supporters are ecstatic with glee that he is so disliked and causes so much turmoil with the left. Ironically, it’s this very thing that has made him a one-and-done president as well.

Divided indeed. I hope he fails to implement anything in his agenda. I mean not likely because, like weve stated, executive orders and regulatory nonsense. But yeah, I wish him a rocky road full of gridlock.

Agree. Probably the most likely scenario.

I think if he is a free man, alive, and interested in another term heading into 2024, that he wins the primary. He has a fervent base that shows up. I don’t think anyone can beat him in a GoP primary. I don’t think he is capable of winning another term though. He didn’t heavily drive opposition turn out in 2016 (I think because people wrongly assumed Hillary would win). I think any election with Trump after 2016 is going to be high turn out.

When I think model of masculinity, I think Obama…

It depends on how well Biden/Kamala do. Things don’t look good for Trump right now, but I imagine that might change after 4 years of (possibly dementia induced) gaffes, gridlock and Democrat in-fighting. Especially if he stays relevant in the media and constantly snipes at Biden.

Why not?

It’s not great feel good material, but very likely fertile ground for lots of empathetic types. And considering their actual needs-poverty, blighted by drugs, domestic violence,. Those places are a virtual cornucopia of conditions.

This is exactly what I mean when I say that Dems have literally abandoned so much fertile ground in favor of special interest that Reps/conservatives had no choice but to take it.

I don’t believe he was calling himself that?

Although compared to Trump he looks like five times the man.

He is pulling a trailer on a bike. IMO, that is pretty manly. Doesn’t have anything flashy as far as bike and clothing, and that is manly IMO.

While not the “masculine”-type found on T Nation articles, it pretty much looks like a regular dude on a leisurely bike ride. To me, this looks more masculine than the cyclists decked out in biking shorts/jerseys and slamming energy shots, but I admit I am not drawn to the world of cycling.

It means that the lawful affidavit should be investigated.

Both of which are pretty much guaranteed.

Trump is not going away…

I have noticed a lot of these guys are also on carbon fiber bikes and are about 40 lbs overweight. It doesn’t make any sense to me, but to each their own.

I don’t think Biden runs again. I think it could be a new Dem candidate and Trump (given he is alive, free, and wants to). I just think Trump being the candidate is inevitable if my caveats are true at the time. I don’t think a majority of people will want Trump in 2024 (and I think that is almost independent of how Biden / Harris do), and I don’t think 2016 happens again. Just my opinion though.

Simply, I don’t get off on making people upset, that’s not my goal in life. If If I remember the original post mentioning that conservatives just want to make leftists cry or be upset, correctly, then it was stating that as the sole motivation for confronting leftism.
I confront leftism because it’s gone to fucking far. It’s really bordering on socialist\ communist tenets and I will be damned if I go down without a fight. My motivations are to side with facts and truth in as much as I know how and can. And assemble that information in the wisest way possible to protect freedoms, particularly freedom of speech, which I think no reasonable person, at this point, can argue is not under threat.

Exactly. Working class people in WV and KY should be part of the D’s base, but they aren’t. That speak volumes about how bad the D’s have been for a while. The D’s archetype now is a super woke nerdy guy/girl falling all over themselves to blame white/western culture for every ill in the world or a limousine liberal standing on a pedestal looking down their nose at everybody else. That doesn’t play well in a lot of places.

Isn’t that what is happening? With the court cases and the affidavits and fraud accusations. I mean, if you want clean certifiable results, when you have many multiple accounts of impropriety you need investigations.
There is apparently a stash of yet to be released evidence. I say apparently because I don’t know if they have it actually or not. Adam Schiff said he had hard evidence of russia collusion and he never had it. Or he hid is so well that even he cannot find it. So I take it with the appropriate grain of salt.
And when\ if the evidence appears I will give it, it’s just due. What we shouldn’t do, is just walk away from all the allegations even if it doesn’t swing the election.
if people are screwing with the process it needs to be rooted out and those people brought to justice. Otherwise we will not be able to trust the election process going forward.
My hair-dresser (yes, I have a hair dresser) told me that she feels there is no point in voting 2022 because it’s just going to be stolen anyway. We cannot have people feel that way, when there is a reasonable just cause to feel that way. It has to be vetted and audited. If there was ‘programing errors’ or anything in the counting software, it needs sunlight so we can all see it. Otherwise we lose faith in the electorate and nothing good follows that.

Hey Mufasa! Welcome back. I was wondering what happened to you. I hope all is well.

This is a pretty good assessment of me, actually. I am in the literal definitions of words in politics, a classical liberal. That just happens to fall under the conservative tent in this country with the current party structure. What I consider left is batshit crazy people who want 72 genders, neo-segrigation, white guilt, and basically communist-authoritarianism. Everything to the right of that, is conservative. Hell, in the '40’s I would probably be a leftist, hippy, go free-free under that paradigm.
Good Lord, this is the first time I had so many replies, it scrolled off the page! T-nation loves me!

This is unfortunate. It’s a shame we had a candidate for months before the election say you could only trust the results if he won. It’s a shame that after he lost the election he trumpeted the idea over and over that it was stolen.

Trump said exactly what he was going to say if he lost months before any evidence of anything fishy going on. He intentionally planted that seed because he wanted to be able to fall back on “I didn’t lose.”

We are getting exactly what he said he would do and he is dragging a ton of people down the path of you can’t trust elections. Because of his ego. Because his “brand” is based on winning and conceding and just saying he lost probably causes him to lose future money from his fans.

lol! Cheesburger, large fries, hot fudge sunday and a diet coke.

I am curious as to what happens if the candidate actually dies before the votes are certified? Of what if the votes are certified, but he has not been inaugurated yet? Do we re-vote or does that horrible woman just take over? She wasn’t elected, not directly.
It is 2020 after all and uncle joe is not exactly spry. He’s not the picture of perfect health.
I wonder if he will take the Trump Shot, when it becomes available. I imagine he has to.
2024 is too far away, and I don’t see Trump running again. I can see one of his kids though… Ivanka 2024!
For the primary, you get one nipple. For the RNC nomination you get both titties, for the presidency, you get the full show! Every (strait) man in America would vote for that!
