US Generals Will Quit

Well try going around Europe with a stars spangled banner outfit shouting that the US wants to bring democracy to the world.

You won’t be getting any muffins, I can promise you that.
lixy wrote:

No, a bully imperialistic foreign policy in a nuclear era is threatening.
Since the beginning of the Iraq war, has any nation besides Korea and France (and arguably Iran) threatened nuclear retaliation for any action?

Judging by France’s death grip on their language and culture, I’d say having your head up your asses is exactly why you guys learn many languages. I can’t imagine how wasteful it would be to learn three more languages because of my geography.

Threats don’t kill kids. Bombs do.

The US is the only country who ever used one on civilian populations.
The US dropped more bombs on Vietnam than were dropped by all sides during WWII.
And the story goes on…

The French are just as hermetic to learning new languages as you guys, so it’s hardly an example.

Don’t take it as an offense. I just pointed out that you’re more egocentric than the average human. Your knowledge of other cultures is an example.

I don’t know how true this is, but it’s often repeated that Bush never left the US until he became president. And that’s a rich kid who could’ve traveled anywhere…

What’s certain is that he didn’t know the name of the prime minster of canada during an interview for the elections. He thought it was Jean Poutine. Goes to show how much you care about the rest of the world.

And I am dying to as “in whack” as those whacky Morroccans and the rest of you clear thinking libs.

And the day might not be far off when the scum shouting death to Americans, in America, get’s them stoned and beaten. I hope it doesn’t get to that because that might make us as screwed up as Europe.

You mean like the death grip on YOUR language and culture?

While we’re on the subject, why don’t you guys just speak Spanish already? We all know your country is half Mexicans anyway.

Apology accepted.

Anyone who can entertain the notion that most of humanity is jealous of their so-called freedoms has to be a wacko.

Even thinking that people would blow themselves up out of jealousy reflects very little rationality. The Bush administration will continue to delude itself as long as it continues to characterize the Other as juvenile delinquents and counter-cultural rebels who resist a universal democratic impulse simply because they can’t be coerced to accept our set of values, whether masked under free trade initiatives or imposed by meddling international institutions.

Rather than beginning with a careful analysis of terrorism’s precipitating causes, the Bush administration relied on brawn over brains. To quote Ben Laden in a statement from October 2001: “What America is tasting now is something insignificant compared to what we have tasted for scores of years. Our nation has been tasting this humiliation and this degradation for more than 80 years.”

Saying that Al-Qaeda people are jealous of your
“freedoms” is refusing to see things as they are, borderline laughable.

Saying that the overwhelming majority of the inhabitants of Earth are jealous of your “freedoms” is plain moronic.

Ouch, that really hurt Bruce. And you are going to wind up with more Arabs due to your lax immigration laws. They will be taking over your government in the next decade or so. I’ll take the Mexicans any day.

Islam is the fastest growing religion in Canada Brucie. And if you look at the second link, you will see there is some tension brewing. Again, I’ll take the Mexicans any day, as in a generation, they will become like any other Americans. MUSLIMS will always be MUSLIMS. Just be lucky you have horrible winters or they would have taken over by now. You better hope skiing doesn’t become one of their favorite pastimes. LOL.

Please show me where I ever said "Al-Qaeda people are jealous of our “freedoms”. Why would I say that? I think they should all die a horrible death, but I don’t think they are jealous of us.

While you are at it, show me where I posted "the overwhelming majority of the inhabitants of Earth are jealous of our “freedoms”. Perhaps I was over medicated but I’m willing to bet I never posted those words. Perhaps something that could be misconstrued,(which you are very capable of doing as you just did), but not those words.

Shut me up, prove me wrong. Show me where I posted those words. I have to admit I’m laughing as I post this because I’m such a burnout, I might have posted it yesterday. BUT SHOW ME THE POST.

If you can’t answer that simple question, if you’re not able to acknowledge that this plan went horribly wrong and that, as a result you should perhaps change your view on the world and how the US should conduct it’s foreign policy.
If you choose to ignore this simple truth because you’re so desperate to make the same mistakes over and over again, then perhaps you just stop posting your drivel on this forum.

How’s this chihuahua doing? Did I draw any blood already?

I would say that American foreign policy makes runts like wreckless angry because it points out that – even though they sometimes fall short – Americans try to make the world a better place. Belgians and other eurotrash feel exposed by this… After all, when was the last time that Belgium did anything significant that didn’t involve concentration camps for Africans?
That’s not really an answer to my question, now is it.

But I’ll try to answer yours.

Belgians contributed (and still contributes) in peace keeping missions in former Yuguslavia. We were also part of the coalition the stopped the genocide. You might recall that. It was lead by the US and you pigs fought Clinton tooth and nail while he lead a coalition that disposed of a brutal tyrant without loosing a single US soldier.

Belgians contributes forces to Afghanistan, and this effort will be upgraded. We had military and civilian observers to the elections in Kongo, some of them stayed behind to guide the country in its move towards democracy.
We have forces in Lebanon, clearing up the US fabricated land mines and cluster bombs left behind by Israeli forces.

Belgium has led the effort to abolish land mines and cluster bombs. The US opposed those effort, since they are the one laying the land mines and dropping the cluster bombs, or providing them to their allies. Everything to make the world a better place eh. Most victims of these weapons are civilians, but hey…

So yes, we do our bit to make this world a better place. If you feel you have to go the extra mile by bombing and torturing people. I’m sorry, but we don’t agree on that.
It’s always easy to snipe from the sidelines. To get the shit kicked out of you, cooperate with the Nazis, be rescued by another country that didn’t have to do so, be guarded by the men from that same country for fifty years to keep out the Soviets, and then left in peace. What do you clowns do with that peace and prosperity? You don’t even wait for the wall to fall before you start sniping like a bunch of little spoiled bitches.
Yawn
The fact is Belgium’s ONLY historical significance in terms of foreign policy, other than being a battle ground between world powers, was the worst colonial holocaust. A holocaust which haunts the region in question today.

Belgium hasn’t done ANYTHING substantive to help Arabs or anyone else,
Well, providing the Israeli air force with unlimited amounts of cluster bombs isn’t really helping either

Yawn again.
In other words it’s a total farce.

So while the real problems of the world exist, insignificant people like Wreckless and his marginal government pretend to care, and ultimately do nothing but sit and complain. To make it worse it has been proven time and again that even if Belgium wished to help, they lack the strength, fortitude, resources, ingenuity, and intestinal fortitude to even defend themselves let alone innocent foreign lives.

It is up to more vibrant cultures and nations to tackle the real issues.
What real issues did the US tackle under Bush? If anything, its actions split the coalition, damaged the UN, sidetracked to war on terror by invading Iraq and increased the terrorist recruiting pool.

But hey, as long as you’re vibrant.

For starters there Lixy old pal, I was being sarcastic to your sarcastic remark. You then replied "slow down horse, I was being sartastic(sic). Remember my response about your having a brain transplant and are back to thinking like yourself. Trust me, at no time do I ever think we are on the same page about anything.

Do you really think that I think that Al-qaeda is jealous of us? They want us dead, like I want everyone of them dead. Forget jealousy.

And if you start on page 5 of the thread, and continue on to page 6, I think you will see that I am right and you have twisted words.
